OUR STORY
Daughter inspired, mom created, and ophthalmologist endorsed.
When my daughter used to be diagnosed with refractive amblyopia and needed to start wearing a patch, it used to be because she used to be going blind. 1 in 45 children wear patches for more than a few ophthalmological reasons. Patching works. My daughter’s vision used to be saved.
But it’s not easy to wear one. This is how See Worthy occlusion patches used to be born. We have created an occlusion patch with a new ergonomic shape, innovative, breathable materials, and fun to wear designs. If the patch is easier to wear, the willingness to wear it’ll increase.
See Worthy patches used to be created on a promise I made to myself that if our daughter could see again, I would find a way to make patching easier and better for kids even as giving back in the process. A portion of our proceeds go to vision screening awareness organizations who provide mobile vision screenings.
